McCain Wouldn't Take Out Bin Laden

I don't see the payoff for McCain on this Pakistan border argument.

Without me looking up the precise language, Obama's idea is basically this: that if we had actionable intelligence of bin Laden's whereabouts we would take him out. Sarah Palin, even with her ignorance, said the same thing. But McCain retracted her statement for her!

So, he's telling us that if he had bin Laden in his sights he wouldn't pull the trigger. There's bin Laden, let's say literally one inch over the border and McCain has some scruple about getting him.
